2月1日，財政國務院新聞辦公室舉行新聞發布會，部年介紹2023年全年財政收支情況。全國財政部預算司司長王建凡介紹，新增2023年全國新增減稅降費及退稅緩費中，減稅降費新增的大約減稅降費大約是1.57萬億元。
